The Lancaster Hispanic Chamber of Commerce recently had the opportunity to meet with Frances M. Gibbons, Director of the Philadelphia Walk to End Alzheimer’s at the Alzheimer’s Association for a thoughtful and energizing conversation focused on leadership, service, and community impact.

Frances brings extensive experience, insight, and a deep commitment to the Latino community. Our discussion reinforced the importance of relationship-driven leadership, leadership rooted in listening, collaboration, and showing up consistently for the communities we serve.

LHCC values meaningful dialogue with leaders who are mission-driven and community-centered. Conversations like this strengthen relationships, build bridges, and support the Chamber’s ongoing efforts to uplift leadership that advances positive change across Lancaster County and beyond.
