    Esther Aurora DeWoody is an executive leader and community advocate dedicated to advancing Hispanic and Latino businesses across Lancaster County. As Founder and President of the Lancaster Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, she provides strategic leadership, governance oversight, and long-term vision to support inclusive economic growth.

    Erica C. Hernandez

    Co-Founder & Vice President

    Erica Hernandez serves as Co-Founder and Vice President of the Lancaster Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, supporting outreach, community engagement, and organizational growth. Her work focuses on building strong relationships, increasing visibility for member businesses, and fostering collaboration across the local business community.

    Secretary

    Robin Medis serves as Secretary of the Lancaster Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, supporting board governance, organizational documentation, and compliance with nonprofit best practices. She brings decades of experience working in union environments, including service in secretarial and board-related roles.

    Robin helps ensure accuracy, accountability, and continuity of records, playing a critical role in maintaining strong governance and operational integrity as the Chamber grows.

    Director / Senior Advisor

    Luis A. Vazquez is a respected community and business leader and the President & CEO of the Long Island Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He brings extensive experience in nonprofit governance, economic development, and community advocacy, providing strategic insight and guidance to support the Chamber’s mission and growth.

    Oscar Orozco serves as a Board Member of the Lancaster Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He brings over 20 years of experience in business banking, community lending, and economic development, with a strong focus on supporting small businesses, nonprofits, and community-based organizations.

    Oscar’s leadership and financial stewardship support the Chamber’s mission to promote inclusive economic growth and long-term sustainability across Lancaster County.
