As Founder and President of the Lancaster Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, she provides strategic leadership, governance oversight, and long-term vision to support inclusive economic growth.

    Erica Christina Hernandez

    Co-Founder & Vice President

    Erica Hernandez serves as Co-Founder and Vice President of the Lancaster Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, supporting outreach, community engagement, and organizational growth. Her work focuses on building strong relationships, increasing visibility for member businesses, and fostering collaboration across the local business community.

    Luis A. Vazquez is a respected community and business leader and the President & CEO of the Long Island Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He brings extensive experience in nonprofit governance, economic development, and community advocacy, providing strategic insight and guidance to support the Chamber’s mission and growth.
