The Lancaster Hispanic Chamber of Commerce recently visited ECHOS and met with Executive Director Ashley Bulley to learn more about the impactful work being done within the Lancaster community.

Through personalized case management, financial education, and resource navigation, their team provides practical, hands-on support that helps individuals move toward long-term stability and independence.

Experiencing their space and services firsthand highlighted the importance of organizations like ECHOS that are deeply committed to community well-being. Their mission aligns closely with LHCC’s focus on connection, access, and empowerment within the Latino and broader Lancaster community.
